I want to become a mentor because I enjoy helping others develop their skills and confidence. Throughout my career, I have trained cadets, junior officers, and experienced seafarers, and I have seen how the right guidance at the right time can significantly influence a person's career. Mentoring is also an opportunity for me to continue contributing to the maritime industry by supporting the next generation of professionals while continuing to learn from their perspectives.
