After progressing to Master on container, bulk, and general cargo vessels, I moved ashore into HSEQ leadership roles in Hamburg. I currently serve as DPA/CSO and HSEQ Manager at Wilhelmsen Ahrenkiel , working across international fleets and supporting both operational teams and senior management. My focus today sits at the intersection of safety, compliance and performance.
